Refund Policy

Introduction

The Office of the Director of Health Services Medical Education & Research (DME) strives to ensure a transparent and fair admission process. This refund/cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations will be processed.

Application Fee

• The application fee for each admission process is non-refundable.
• Applicants are advised to carefully read the eligibility criteria and ensure they meet the requirements before applying.

Cancellation of Application

• Once an application is submitted, it cannot be canceled.
• If an applicant wishes to withdraw their application, they may do so by contacting DME, but no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be processed in cases where a technical error or duplicate payment has occurred.
• Applicants must provide proof of the error or duplicate payment to be eligible for a refund.

Process for Refunds

• To request a refund, applicants must contact DME with details of the payment and the reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 working days.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used by the applicant.
